Kate has practised exclusively in family law since her admission in 2016.
She represented clients in all areas of family law. She has particular experience in parenting and relocation cases, property disputes and intervention order matters.
Prior to her admission as a lawyer, Kate worked at the Federal Circuit Court of Australia as an Associate to 2 judges. Her time at the Court has given Kate an excellent understanding of family law litigation.
Kate is a client-focused lawyer who is dedicated to providing clear, reliable and strategic advice. She is pragmatic in her approach and aims to assist clients to achieve early resolution of their family law matters without the need for litigation wherever possible.
Kate is a member of the Executive Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria's Young Lawyer's Section and serves as Co-Chair of the Section's Editorial Committee.
