Aleisha has practiced exclusively in family law in Queensland and Victoria since her admission in 2011. Prior to her admission, she worked as a trainee family lawyer for 1 year.
With over 15 years of dedicated service to family law clients, Aleisha is intuitively able to guide her clients with competence and empathy towards the best outcome possible. Aleisha has undertaken advanced training in Collaborative Law and enjoys working towards a negotiated settlement.
If resolution through negotiation is not possible, Aleisha has extensive litigation experience and is at ease advocating strongly for her client's position in the courtroom.
She is highly experienced in all aspects of financial and parenting cases and particularly enjoys the technicalities of drafting documents and Binding Financial Agreements.
